Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at The Canyon Chick! We hope you LOVE your item, but understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

For In-Store Purchases, merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase. 

For Online Orders, merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) for exchange or store credit. Original shipping charges are not refunded or credited on a return. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from The Canyon Chick. We highly recommend returning with tracking and/or insurance. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise.

The Following Items DO NOT Qualify For a Return of Any Kind (in-store or online):

  • Sale items 
  • Jewelry
  • Intimates (i.e. bralettes)
  • Bodysuits
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats/Caps

All returned items (in-store & online) must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost return packages. We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received. We also reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage listed above.

Note: We can not guarantee availability of items requested for exchange. We also ask that you include $7.50 to ship the exchanged item back to you or we will contact you for your credit card information before shipping is approved.
