Shipping policy

Thank you Chick for shopping at The Canyon Chick and supporting small business!

Your order will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours of your order being submitted!

Orders placed on Sunday and Monday will not be processed until the following Tuesday due to our storefront being closed Sunday/Monday.

We have two options for shipping

Your shipping cost will be calculated by the weight of your items and applied at checkout.

The Canyon Chick is NOT responsible for any delays in the delivery of packages through USPS or UPS. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS or UPS. 

The Canyon Chick is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact The Canyon Chick within 24 hours of delivery.
